Apart from Spain’s Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), which is the body that coordinates the project, six more organisations are also taking part; three European sectorial associations: the Spanish Wind Energy Association (AEE), the Solar Thermal Industry Association (ASIT) and the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA); and three Latin-American bodies: the National Commission for Energy Efficiency (CONUEE), the Centre of Energy and Environment Conservation (CENERGIA) and the National Commission of Energy (CNE).

The Spanish Office for Climate Change will also collaborate, providing technical assistance in issues related to CDM, as well as the Argentinean Secretariat of Energy and the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy of Ecuador.
